Fender USA 1978 Fretless Precision Bass

Description

A lovely fretless P bass from the late 1970s. This lovely example has been in the same hands since the 1980s and remains in superb condition. The fretboard especially, it has remained in excellent condition and retains a superb and very playable profile. Great tones and a superb low action, hugely playable. The previous owner modified the bass to add active EMG pickups so part of the internal cavity has been slightly enlarged to take a battery. The POTS have also been changed. If you’re looking for a very well priced players grade 70s P bass this will be an ideal investment. It’s very rare we find fretless versions of these and this one is a lovely example.
