Gibson ES 335 Dot Sunburst 2004

A superb Memphis Gibson ES 335 Dot in a stunning tobacco sunburst. This wonderful instrument was recently acquired from its original owner who bought it new in 2004 from PMT music in Bristol. Owned by a passionate lover of fine guitars he kept it in superb condition and for a twenty-one-year-old instrument it’s in amazingly clean condition. From an era when Gibson production was putting out top quality models this one is a shining example of the excellent guitars from this era. It has a lovely flame on the top and some on the back too. Hugely playable and it sounds fantastic. This legendary instrument has been seen in the hands of rockers, bluesmen, indy of course, jazzers. A hugely versatile guitar with tones you can only really get from a 335. Far superior to the current Gibson USA production 335s and is sure to hold its value very well and the years rack up!

Condition

Amazingly clean for a 2004 model. Some slight marks / lacquer chips on headstock end edge, but overall extremely clean and no damage or nasty dings. Some tarnish on the metalwork. Superbly set up and plenty of fret life left.
