Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster 59 Limited edition roasted 30th Anni

In 2017 the Fender Custom Shop released their 30th Anniversary limited editions to celebrate thirty years of the custom shop. Of course Fender never let a birthday go by without using it as a reason to create some special and limited edition anniversary models. What we generally find is that these versions are that bit more special than the run of the mill custom shop editions. This one features a stunning roasted maple neck, a gold anodised guard and hand wound Texas special pickups. It also has larger jumbo frets (something the original owner couldn't get on with but I absolutely love). The aged Fiesta red finish on this one looks fantastic, it just oozes vintage vibe and tones. The neck back is a silky finish with the gloss removed in the relic process and it feels wonderful to play. A lovely Strat in almost as new condition. We have set up it to perfection, it has a fairly low string tension making bends easy.
