Online Orders
For orders placed online we offer a 14-day return policy. You can return the guitar for literally any reason. You are responsible for getting it safely returned to us, but we will refund you the same day it arrives. You are also welcome to bring it back in person.

Purchases Made in Our Shop
We do not offer a returns option for purchases made in our shop. We are more than happy to work out an exchange if necessary. You are always welcome to spend the time needed to test your instrument to ensure it’s the right one for you.
A Few Points to Note
- If you’re returning a guitar do not adjust or modify it. We’ll need it back in the identical condition it arrived in.
- If sending back via courier ensure it’s packed just as well as when it arrived and sent insured.
- Contact us before sending it back.
