Fender Stratocaster 54 Heavy Relic 60th Anniversary edition 2014 Ltd Edition

I am delighted to get my hands on another one of these amazing guitars! I already have one in my personal collection and for good reason! In 2014 Fender released a limited number of these very special 1954 heavy relic Strats. They pulled out all the stops to make what are possibly some of the best guitars to come out of the custom shop. It features a one piece ash body and an attention to detail usually reserved for master built strats. Anyone who owns one of these or has researched them will know that they are very very special. It features a superb set of hand wound 54 pickups, a modern 9.5 radius and medium jumbo frets and aside from the frets and radius it's true to a real 54 strat. Even the knobs are the period correct material (which cracks almost immediately). When these were new in 2014 they were £3500, a whopping £1200 over a normal relic for the time. They were limited in numbers and represent a true collectors item and a guitar to fall in love with. This one was bought from the original owner who soon gave up the guitar and never played it. It's as good as new! We've set it all up perfectly and it sings!
