Fender Stratocaster Custom Shop 1960 Relic Fiesta Red over S/B Pre owned 2013 model

A stunning Fender Custom shop Stratocaster in a gorgeous fiesta red over Sunburst finish. This superb example was bought by the original owner but never used. As such the guitar and the case are in as new condition. Made in 2013 to a superb spec. It has a magic pickup combination, all hand wound custom shop pickups. A 69 in the neck position, a fat 50s in the middle and a texas special at the bridge. Tone heaven!

What's also lovely about this guitar is the extremely dark indian rosewood fretboard. It has that 'almost black' look and again reflects how little the guitar has been used. Aside from the rolled edges and relic work it's mint, clean and no marks from fingers. The frets have been polished to a high shine and the guitar has been set up to play like perfection. As with most of the custom shop guitars it has the wow factor in terms of looks, authenticity and sound. Will be very sad to see this go when it sells! Today a new custom shop relic in this finish will cost close to £4000 new in the UK. Prices of Relic custom shop models are now anywhere between £3500 and £4300 in the UK with further price rises predicted.
