Fender Stratocaster Custom Shop 64 Relic Ltd edition Namm model

A rare and superb Strat. This Limited edition Namm 2009 Relic Strat is a superb example of Custom Shop quality.  An extremely authentic 64 Relic in excellent condition. The blonde nitro finish has lovely checking and a very convincing Relic job. As is so often the case, the Ltd editions and Namm models do tend to have something a bit special about them. This one has a lovely slim C neck and a gorgeous rosewood lam board with very nicely worn fret board edges. Unsurprisingly it has been played over the years but there remains plenty of fret life left. We have given it a fret level, dress, polish and full set up and it now plays superbly. The sound has that classic 60s vibe and classic strat tones. It's not often we see lam board mid 60s Custom Shop Relics in and this one is a real treat. Today in the UK Ltd Edition Relics like these are retailing for £3700 and upwards towards the £4500 mark depending the on the model and edition.
