Guitar Description

It's always lovely to come accross one of these 2016 first edition Ancho Poblano Strats. Fender released these to showcase these amazing new hot pickups, so named because they add quite a bit of spice to the sound! They made a limited number of these in 2016 with quite an unusual spec including a massive 51 U neck shape, huge super jumbo frets and a nice light Alder body. It's very much a 50s vibe but once you plug it in it really rocks... I don't know if it's the extra volume of wood in the neck size but these always seem to have incredible natural resonance and tone, even before you fire them up. This example remains in superb and original condition. We have given it the full monty in terms of set up, and it now play better than ever before. When released in 2016 these were over £3000 but today expect to pay well in excess of £4k for limited edition Custom Shops like this. As is always the case at the moment, the values of top end USA guitars is going up and up.
