Gibson M3 MIII Superstrat 1991 Natural

Another very rare find, the Gibson MIII from 1991. This very interesting guitar came in part exchange recently having been owned for some years by our customer. In the early 1990s metal guitars with pointy headstocks seemed to be all the rage so it wasn't surprising that heritage manufacturers like Fender and Gibson tried to get into that market. The MIII ticks all the boxes of the guitars from that era with it's Floyd Rose trem and locking nut, it's pickups configuration, the slim neck, 24 frets and compound radius. These were not produced for very long and as a result are quite rare to find these days. This example comes presented in the original Gibson case. We have had the frets dressed, it's been set up nicely and is a hugely playable piece of Gibson’s history. Typically these are priced in the UK between £1700 - £2100 at present. This one is priced to sell and is certain to hold it's value as a rare piece of Gibsons history.
