Fender Custom Shop 62 Relic Strat Mark Kendrick Master Built

It's a pleasure to have this lovely guitar in stock. This example from 2007 is a Mark Kendrick Master Built 62 Stratocaster Relic that remains in superb condition despite being fifteen years old. As with most master build guitars the quality of this one is as good as it gets from the Custom Shop, finished to a really high standard and as a guitar it has a superb level of playability and sound. The neck is pretty slim, with a 60s oval C shape, if you like slimmer necks on your Strats then you'll love this. We've stripped this one right down and also been in touch with Fender regarding it. It's in all original condition. We have the build sheet available as a download which for some reason mentioned John Cruz as the master builder. Also, the frets and radius are a vintage 7.25 with vintage style frets. So the build sheet has some errors on (not unusual for older custom shops)   You can see in the pictures my Conversation with Fender regarding this and their reply. So we are treating it as a Mark Kendrick rather than a John Cruz. The Relic job on this guitar is amazingly good, lovely checking in the finish on the  body and much more realistic marks on the body than team built relics. The neck has a glossy finish to the back which is silky and lovely to play. An amazing guitar which will be pleasure to own.
