Fender Custom Shop Telecaster Relic 1960 Ltd Edition

A superb limited edition Custom Shop 1960 Telecaster from 2010. This example is a lightweight Tele that is just amazing in every way. It plays like a dream, rings out acoustically nicely and sounds awesome when plugged in. I always stand by the fact that the limited editions do seem to have just that little extra bit of magic about them and this one is no exception. It's a Relic but has a very 'Heavy Relic' finish, plenty of checks, chips and dents. Very unusual to see one in this finish which is black over blue. Presented in the original case with all the essential accessories. The guitar is all stock and has all the original parts on. It will be supplied with a set of new bridge saddles in the case. At present it's set up perfectly, lovely action. But should you wish to adjust in the future these older Tele Relic bridges are notorious for rusting so that you can't adjust the height screws. So as a preemptive measure a spare set of saddles will be supplied. A lovely find and a great Telecaster.
