Gibson Les Paul 1959 Reissue Historic Collection 1993

Another super rare find. This incredible Les Paul had been in the possession of it's last owner for at least a decade and remains in incredibly good condition for a thirty year old guitar. This is a 1993 'Historic Collection' Les Paul 59 flame top. This series was pre 'Custom Shop' branding and around 130 were made that year. This is number 100 of that batch. As you can see from the images, the flame top is just incredible. Gorgeous 3D grain patterns and it's one of those flame that looks amazing from every angle. The feel of this Les Paul is lovely, a wonderful neck shape and it's just a pleasure to play. Sound wise it cracks that classic vintage Les Paul tone perfectly. If you want the Beano tone, or Jimmy Page, or even Slash, this will do the business. It's very rare to see these models come up for sale in the UK. Currently this is the only one on sale here in the UK. In terms of how this compares to the other R9 Les Paul’s I have had come through it stands near the top of the tree in terms of quality, tone and feel. Another one that we'll be sad to see go when it sells.
