Fender Custom Shop 51 Nocaster (Telecaster) Lush Closet Classic

Description

This is another of those Fender Custom Shop Teles you can easily fall in love with. This example is a lush closet classic version, it’s unusual I come across these. On first glance it looks like a mint new Telecaster but on closer inspection there is very gentle relic work, checking on the finish and some slight sinking of the thin lacquer. It has more of a genuine vintage feel to it as a result. This Tele has superb levels of playability and tone. It’s lovely and light, feels great to pick up and is a joy to play. We played it back to back with a master built version and this one beat it hands down in every way. Just one of those guitars that came out a bit better than the rest. Complete with all the original case candy, certificate and strap. Also included is the sale paperwork from when it last sold by a retailer. An amazing instrument for the money.
